Workplace Mental Health

Chris is the Ontario Manager of Learning with St John's Ambulance. Chris was the key component in onboarding the Mental Health Wellness For the Workplace course and preparing instructors to deliver the program. This date is perfect timing, leading into Bell Let’s Talk Day on January 28 – an event that SJA has been very involved with for a number of years.

Chris will speak about mental health in the workplace and how we can recognize & help.There is an online virtual offer through SJA, meant to equip employees to offer peer-to-peer support for a colleague who’s experiencing a mental health injury.Mental health-trained colleagues and managers are best placed to be the first to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental health issues in their co-workers.
