 Well, here we are & it’s Ribfest!:


Weather forecast looks good.

What’s happening next:
Wednesday, Mark & Matt will be outlining vendor spaces in the park & making electrical arrangements.

Thursday, expecting arrivals of vendors, supplies, fencing, tents with tables & chairs, the Municipality picnic tables, garbage bins

Signage goes up at entrances, for advertising, beverage tent areas

Kids Zone inflatables will arrive

Stages & the sound Equipment people come in.

Volunteers can start 8am.

Michele, Paul & Katie will organize invitations to Sponsors for the Saturday VIP reception. Hosted in The Armoury  5:30-8:30pm

Terra’s Volunteer Needs:
Assembly & fencing & Monday’s Disassembly– all hands nearly filled

Beer Tents – needs ticket sellers with Smart Serve. Fri & Sat afternoon shifts are filled.

Corporate Day – shifts are filled

Entertainment – shifts are filled

Entrances – need Sat 12-6pm & Need Sunday (all hours) **All Rotarians need to take at least one shift here please****

1st Aid workers – needed for all days

Maintenance – shifts are filled

Kids Zone – can be high school students & we are arranging Police Checks. Need Fri., Sat & some on Sunday

Info Booth – shifts are filled

Park Patrol – shifts are filled

Sunday Breakfast – need 2 to work with Keith

All Volunteers will receive a blue Rotary shirt, a food voucher & drink tickets.  Please register 15 mins ahead of shift start time & meet the Shift leader at the Volunteers booth.

Helping Hands with Karen Vince will be on garbage duty each morning. Thank you to Karen Vince & Union Gas as we’ve received a $100 grant to purchase bags & cleanup gloves.

Entertainment list is ready to go.  Bonny has circulated an email – pls forward to your friend!

The Amateur Competition has 15 teams signed on, so far!

Sunday judging – Amateurs at 2pm, Ribbers at 2:30pm

As all members are aware, BINGO's are one of our best fund raisers and we need members to help out. The fellowship is a wonderful added bonus.  Please do your part to help by volunteering yourself during one or more of the following time frames.

JULY                 30   - (Friday)           12:00am  midnight              -  Greg Kett, Linda Goldsmith, Bonny Pigeon
AUGUST          20   - (Friday)             6:00pm  and  7:00pm         -  Bill Dieleman, Chris Fife
SEPTEMBER   3   -  (Friday)             7:00pm 

You need to be there one hour and fifteen minutes before the start time.  Remember you are awarded 3 make-ups for a regular bingo and one midnight bingo equals 5 make-ups.
