These ladies work with community clinics around the Municipality, running blood pressure clinics in one of the highest at-risk for hypertension & for lack of family physicians areas of Ontario. These clinics provide methods for proper measurements & record-keeping for clients, as well as prescreening tools for any at-risk lifestyles.   They can even expedite patients’ visits to receive further care, either at a family physician or the Hospital.

They receive community support for their monthly clinics, supported by funding through CHAP + AP as well as VHA Home Healthcare, a community Health providing service company. Target groups are seniors 60+, another area of population that is growing in CK.
