Happy Bucks:

Blake’s son is happy with his Christmas Wii!

Kim is happy that she’s receiving many visits from “Rotary” men in her shop…..

Jim’s happy that he’s now invited to her shop

Colin had no buck but 100 Japanese yen!  He’s glad to be eating Canadian food being a bit tired of rice & fish

Bonny’ s happy to enjoy her turnip sauerkraut – BTW, it’s available at Schinkels (one shameless plug for John)

Surprise Guest Speaker:     Colin McRae

Colin spoke for an impromptu moment on his current life in Japan.  He’s teaching 4 days a wk, ESL in a JR high school & 1 day a wk for kids Gr 1-6.   He’s been an outbound exchange from our Club to Japan, about 5 years ago. He’s returned to Japan after finishing an Engineering degree.  It’s been a phenomenal experience, due to end when he returns in 6 months with plans to finish his Masters in Engineering.

Best wishes, Colin & we wish you a safe journey.
